The Garip and Zeycan YILDIRIM Foundation (GZYV) is the charitable foundation of YILDIRIM Group and the pillar of all its philanthropic and corporate social responsibility activities. Based on the values and sense of responsibility that lie at the heart of our Group and business culture, our mission is to build a fairer society with equal opportunities for all. To bring this vision to reality, we have launched initiatives that focus on education, gender equality and youth development.

EDUCATION
At GZYV we believe that an educated person is an empowered person and it is the biggest
factor to ensuring a better tomorrow. For this, we believe in giving adequate support to
students to help them fulfill their dreams.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
A goal of GZYV is to promote ethics and integrity within our programs to stimulate the
betterment of individuals in the community. Our programs aim to not only educate or
bring joy, but to also focus on moral, performance, and civic and intellectual virtues.
GENDER EQUALITY
As GZYV, one of our core missions is to work for gender equality. We strongly believe
that it is a key factor for social well-being and healthy society and that prosperity
can make its presence felt when gender equality is ensured within society.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
One of our Foundation’s goals is to see the Turkish youth enter the career process with the utmost confidence and preparation, as successful and respectful beings. We strive to enhance students’ skills in career planning and to increase their competitiveness for career advancement.
We want to celebrate life with children, especially with the disadvantaged ones, as we try to lessen the gap of any hindrance they may have. By providing them with life enriching experiences, we hope that we can transition them from happy and jubilant children to motivated, successful and content adults.
GENDER EQUALITY
As gender equality is one of GZYV’s core missions, we perform all activities dedicated to empowering women and spreading gender equality on our United 4 HER platform.
Our Foundation places the elimination of violence against women at the center of our gender equality activities. As we strive to lead a change in the male violence against women, we initiated several projects to eliminate violence against women all across Türkiye.
