WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT YILPORT HOLDING INC., HAS TAKEN OVER THE OPERATIONS AT THE PORT OF ŠIBENIK

We are proud to announce that since the first week of February, YILPORT Holding Inc., has taken over the operations at the Port of Šibenik. The Port of Šibenik operates as the main fertilizer handling port of Croatia. The takeover is a part of YILDIRIM Group’s acquisition of Petrokemija, the largest fertilizer plant in Croatia.

Through this takeover, YILPORT Holding Inc. intends to turn the Port of Šibenik into a multi-purpose terminal offering diversified services. We look forward to fostering our cooperation with Croatia, as the 55th country YILDIRIM operates in.
