2022 was a prosperous year where YILDIRIM Group achieved significant growth and cherished great achievements.

In 2023, YILDIRIM Group entered 4 new countries and announced new acquisitions: Rosier SA, a leading fertilizer producer in Belgium and the Netherlands; Petrokemija, the largest chemical fertilizers producer in Croatia; and Elementis Chromium, a leading chromium chemicals producer in the USA, became part of YILDIRIM Group. YILPORT, the Group’s port & terminals subsidiary, also signed an agreement to operate the Takoradi Port in Ghana, and the Port of Šibenik in Croatia.

As a global conglomerate with headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Istanbul, Türkiye, YILDIRIM Group has run operations in 9 industries, reached 56 countries, spanning 5 continents and employing over 25.000 people worldwide.
