YILDIRIM Group is proud to acquire 98.09% shares of Rosier Group, a Borealis Group subsidiary, as part of its keen business plan to be one of the Top 5 fertilizer companies in Europe.

Rosier SA, the fertilizer subsidiary of Borealis Group, mainly operates in granules, water-soluble fertilizers, and liquid fertilizers. It has been offering high-quality, profitable, and sustainable fertilizers to various markets, in 120 countries, for 140+ years.

This agreement continues the expansion of YILFERT, YILDIRIM’s global fertilizer group, and gives a chance to commit to enhancing a unique fertilizer production facility in Europe.
