FERRONIKELI
NewCo Ferronikeli is the only nickel ore mining and ferronickel production factory in Kosovo. It is the first nickel asset of YILDIRIM.
GEMLIK GUBRE
Gemlik Gübre is the largest and most modern fertilizer plant in Türkiye. YILDIRIM is establishing a new Urea Production Plant inside Gemlik Gübre.
POLYMETCORE
Polymetcore is the commodity trading branch of YILDIRIM, established in Switzerland in 2014, trading with more than 100 countries.
QAZAQ SODA
First and only soda ash production facility project in Kazakhstan. YILDIRIM will construct and operate the plant with 500,000 tpy production capacity.
TIKHVIN FERROALLOY

YILDIRIM GROUP HAS SIGNED THE AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 100% SHARES OF ELEMENTIS PLC’S CHROMIUM BUSINESS
YILDIRIM Group has signed the agreement for the acquisition of 100% shares of Elementis plc's chromium business. The transaction is subject to United States regulatory approval, which is expected to finalize in the first quarter of 2023.
